All Luna Pack Shop products are made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Processing and Delivery

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment provider. Estimated shipping times shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive it by email after your order has shipped.

Multiple Packages

Items in the same order may occasionally be produced or shipped separately and may arrive in different packages.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
